Dirty Rat - Eagle Ray No.5

Eagle Ray No. V

Mounted Decorative Trophy

Recovered off the coast of Bimini during the Royal Expedition of 1936, this rare spotted eagle ray specimen was preserved and mounted by marine taxidermist F. H. Cartwright. With a graceful wingspan of 1.8 meters and a distinctive bronze patina, the ray now rests on a lacquered mahogany plaque, commemorating a time when oceanic wonders were still catalogued one catch at a time.

Perfect for libraries, vintage studies, or nautical-themed interiors.

Wingspan: 1.8 m

Weight: 36 kg

Location: Bimini, Bahamas

Date of Capture: May 3, 1936
