AQ Connect is a social network provided by AQ Originals by Athayus Quan, located in BC, Canada. The Service allows users to create and interact with avatars from various virtual environments such as Second Life, VRChat, Mikoverse, and other related platforms.

3. User Registration

Users must register as an avatar account to access the Service. The profile accounts for users are based on their online virtual persona, also known as their avatar. Real-life information is neither collected nor required. By registering, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. No personal data will be sold or shared. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, abuse, or threats.
• Impersonation of another person or entity.
• Distribution of inappropriate, obscene, or offensive content.
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Content Ownership and Usage

All content provided by users remains their intellectual property. By posting content, you grant AQ Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

All content and materials on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of AQ Originals by Athayus Quan and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.

AQ Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these TOS.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AQ Connect does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AQ Connect or AQ Originals by Athayus Quan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the provincial and federal courts located in British Columbia.

We may modify these TOS at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
